What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept bank transfer, crypto & now credit cards.

What is your shipping policy?

We strive to make sure 100% of our orders are shipped to their destination. If your order is lost or sent back we will reship it free of charge! If it happens for a second time you will have the option for a full refund or for the order to be resent again.

How do I make payment?

Once you’ve made an order, we will send you a confirmation email with the next steps.

How do I store these products?

They can be refrigerated or stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened they must be refrigerated.

What are these products intended for?

They are intended strictly for RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY in laboratories with strict standard operating procedures in place and NOT to be used on humans or animals.
